Material and Substrate Specifications

Your packaging’s character is based on the texture and durability of the paper. We offer many types of Material and Substrate Specifications to fit your brand identity perfectly! If you desire a contemporary and high-precision appearance in your packaged products, you can select our C1S and C2S Paperboard Offering, which has one or two sides coated with a smooth surface for outstanding graphics. Should you be sending unique bundles or seasonal kits, our B-Flute and E-Flute Corrugated will provide the structural “bounce” required to keep the product intact throughout the shipping process.

If a high-end boutique feel/experience is important, using Rigid Chipboard as your shipping material will provide that heaviness or feel of being an expensive gift that many consumers will keep long after the product (soap) has been consumed. Aqueous Coating is utilized for a no-smudge finish and Greaseproof Barriers to keep oils from flowing into the fibers, providing an appealing visual effect. Finally, our printing methods utilize Soy-based Eco-Inks, which align with your desire to live an environmentally-friendly lifestyle.

Structural and Folding Options

Each soap has its own character, but using our Fully Customizable Manufacturing gives every soap a great opportunity for Quality Fit to both the product and packaging. Flexible Cardstock options give us the ability to create a bespoke product based on the weight of your completed bar, plus our Folding Carton Constructions provide a fast and aesthetically pleasing package with a Straight Tuck End (STE) package providing a polished front and the Reverse Tuck End (RTE) providing a more classic packaging style.

If your bars are heavier, i.e., they have been triple milled, then our Auto-Lock Bottoms will click into place and instantly support the weight of the soap bar. Additionally, if you want a high-end option for your collection, we also carry an elegant Two-Piece Rigid Style as packaging as a way to showcase your different soap scents.

For multi-scent packaging, we design Custom Die-Cut Inserts that will cradle each bar in place and eliminate friction on label surfaces, and help to keep them looking Brand New!
