Structural and Folding Options

Each brand has its own distinct appearance, which is why we provide Completely Customizable Manufacturing Options. Selection of various thicknesses from our Flexible Cardstock Choices based on each soap’s weight will allow for the appropriate construction type (e.g., Folding Carton Construction- Straight Tuck End or Reverse Tuck End) to be used for easy assembly. If the product is heavy, Auto Lock Bottoms can be used to secure the product during shipment. We can also create Two-Piece Rigid Styles that are used primarily for high-end gift packaging, to contain and cushion bars securely so that they do not rattle in transit. Custom Die-Cut Inserts can also be created to hold the Products in place securely while in transit.
